Do you have difficulty sleeping?

Ok, so this is way off the whole “how to make money online” theme, but if you’re like me, you’ll likely enjoy working at night more than during the day.

The reason for me posting this, is because earlier in the year, I had a period where I couldn’t sleep for 3 days… not like, troubled sleep, but I literally COULD NOT sleep… period.

Anyway, I’m fairly up to date with supplements, what works and what doesn’t etc. so my first attempt at sleeping was using Valerian, didn’t work.

I then tried a sleeping compilation of Valerian and a bunch of other stuff…

Didn’t work.

The weird part about it, is I wasn’t grumpy or snappy which you’d expect, and could work quite well, it really was weird.

Anyway, I went to the naturopath, and tried out some homeopathic Melatonin (5mg).

THIS STUFF ROCKS

I slept like a baby.

Popped one under my tongue, and felt myself just drift off into the best sleep I’d had in a LONG time.

Now, anytime I have difficulty sleeping (too much stuff on my mind, ideas, whatever), I take one of these and 30 minutes later I’m out cold.

As far as I know it works on correcting and balancing your sleep cycles, so if you suffer from insomnia, or find it difficult to sleep, you might like to give it a go, obviously check with a Naturopath or someone first, but I tell you what, this stuff has helped me heaps.

Oh, the brand I use is Natures Doc Melatonin 5mg, I actually couldn’t find a link anywhere online to buy it, but I just got it from my local health food store.
