I would think we all have trouble sleeping sometimes and finding a solution from the advice of a naturopath is safe and valuable information.

I’m going to keep it on file for possible use in the future.
I think my girlfriend takes sleeping pills sometimes, and I even think that is a recommendation from a doctor. Could she need sleeping pills because of me??? LOL. I’ve heard sleeping pills are addictive.

I’m going to ask her to try your solution Daniel.
I see this when I did a search - Melatonin possesses antioxidant activity (1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7; 8; 9), and many of its proposed therapeutic or preventive uses are based on this property.

Thanks Daniel

Joaquin

[…] Nick. Perhaps we could develop and market a de-excitement and de-enthusiasism pill. Also check out IM Alliance - Helping You Make Money Online ? Do you have difficulty sleeping? Joaquin __________________ http://www.solutionsforbadbreath.com […]

Thanks Daniel,

Yes I have sleeping problems especially now with my 90 day challenge plan that I hope to keep up with. I am a great believer of alternative medicine.

cheers

I was here to read about the 90 day challenge, and saw your post title on sleeping. Since starting PLRPro we can’t sleep! My husband and I want it to happen now!

We are hoping the new challenge will start on the 1st July, even with the new PLRPro implementation. Are you still having the challenge, or should we register today and start?

Thanks Daniel,

Susan

Melatonin is also available online.
Try Swansonvitamins. They have a dual-release version
that might help 90DaySleepChallenged members.
5 mg is the amount usually recommended as beneficial and safe.
Snore on, everybody!
