His first online experience was when he connected his Commodore to a regular phone to a BBS or Bulletin Board System.
Later on, he went to college and got his MBA. He also ran numerous corporations which are worth millions of dollars.
However, during the whole process of him running 12 various companies, he eventually suffered a nervous breakdown in December 2002. Take note that he considers the event as one of the many blessings in his life.
After being medicated for months and undergoing therapy – as well as lots of bedding changes since he was severely medicated he had to pee in bed – he began having a good relationship with his family. Unfortunately, he would experience panic attacks when he left the house so he seldom went outside.
Because his medical bills skyrocketed and add to this all his business related problems, he felt he needed to do something. He then founded and created Osc2Nuke which is currently managed by NoNal as well as wHiTeHaT which could be found at osc2nuke.com.
He also confesses that he used Black Hat techniques in order to earn profit. Plus, every time Google or other search engines attempted to make any changes, he quickly adapted in order to make more money.
Black Hat is where a marketer does business online in legal ways but not at all ethical.
It was only in May 2007 when he decided to stop his Black Hat ways and become a legitimate website operator.
He also looked at various options until he came to a Wordpress blog. It was at this time when his outlook on online business changed. He also observed how Google spidered the blog and not the way the blog was actually written.
In July 2007, Vic started Bu.bulicio.us and within 4 months, it achieved success.
He also visited the sites of those considered as A-list bloggers and found the tips and advice they provided readers as laughable. He considers as the most laughable blogger of them all as John Chow.
He also visited Courtney Tuttle’s blog a lot because he discovered that Courtney was not part of the herd mentality and actually had innovative and new things to say.
Though he used his own techniques in Bu.bulicio.us, he found that Court offered good ways of monetizing.
When Vic started to receive email from numerous bloggers, most of these were deleted by him since he lacked the time to answer each. However, one email stood out. It was from a college kid who was doing everything which John Chow advised. The college student has been following Chow’s tips for six months and he was going nowhere.
Franqui answered the kid’s email and told the kid that he was ready to help but he need not ask they why’s of things and asked him to simply follow what Franqui says.
The college kid then registered a domain and on the same day, he was able to make $50 in Adsense.
Vic then created Blogging Zoom. He wanted to remove the idea of those bloggers who followed the advice of people who themselves did not know what they were doing.
Blogging Zoom currently hosts numerous blogs of researchers, students, librarians, professors, administrators and anyone else who wants to blog.
Blogging Zoom is free and arrives with 10MB of free upload space. It is also in the position to understand the needs of a blogger.
Franqui runs Blogging Zoom along with Courtney Tuttle. The site is popular to bloggers especially those who need to get exposure from their writing and sites.
Blogging Zoom works when one submits a story or post. As other bloggers begin to read it, they then get to vote whether they like the post or not.
The more people like your post, the higher you move on the site. Excellent posts then get pushed up towards the front page. Doing so offers tremendous benefits including acquiring more traffic to your site or blog.
Blogging is Vic’s passion. His “Blogger Unleashed” site is continuously busy due to the slew of information packed in it which people could use to make profit online. Many guest bloggers also post in Blogger Unleashed. Vic makes sure he approves the posts as long as it offers readers something relevant and good.
Vic also does blog coaching. He encourages everyone to blog outside the box as well as write to basically please themselves and not others.
Franqui’s style is that he has the tendency to shock. However, his expertise as an online marketer has caused him to earn many loyal followers.
Overall, Vic Franqui’s online reputation is positive. He is well liked within the internet marketing and blogging world. He also has a no-holds-barred straightforward style wherein people could simply take his advice or leave it. Still, he is known to be generous on sharing all that he knows.
