How about articles with good demand and least competition?
It is really hard to, in essence, make you an offer. If we knew all the constraints we’d be running your business.
However, I would really like good quality issues based content on cord blood preservation, gold trading (not FOREX) and menopause.
If the content is of good quality - expert written or written by a prfessional with a good background in researching topics then no more than 10 items at around the 450-500 word mark would be needed as ’seed content’.
Make US an offer based upon the constraints that you know.

In my case, because these articles are going to be such high quality
the idea will be for my readers to actually read them. This isn’t a model for an adsense-type site, so high-adsense-click-value topics are not really what I’m looking for here.
Rather, I’d like articles suited to some kind of authority site, on topics which can lead to a related product or service offering.
Also, you guys know how much you need to charge for any given distribution model. You also have a better idea than most of us of which topics will be most successful with these high quality articles.
So, as Andrew says, use your knowledge and expertise and make us an offer we can’t refuse…

Modified for any confusion.
I should have reworded it. I do believe in the email I made it fairly clear that it was the type of content you dont see in PLR services.
And yes, PLRPro is of poorer quality compared to these articles, I am more then happy to admit that.
at 400 articles for $97 you would expect that.
However PLRPro is the highest quality of any PLR site also around this area.
Its all relative to the end goal.
This new content is not meant for mass distribution or MFA sites. Its meant for high quality authority sites.
Big difference.

Hi Marc,
I must be on your mailing list. I have just started trying various
PLR sites. The $10/mo sites are a joke (cookie cutter sites). Another
one I am a trial member at has good quality at $97/mo for 400 articles.
These articles are not organized into packs or clustered into topics or
themes. You have to be creative with them, but it also prevents duplicate content. It seems that regardless of quality or distribution, some rewriting will be necessary, so I may go with Jonathan Legers software to write my own. If I choose niche topics to have articles pre-written for, it would be according to what people are buying in various marketplaces such as ebay or amazon. Then develop keywords and articles based on specific products.
